Changing the IQCP Task Owner

The IQCP Task Owner can be changed from the Define IQCP and Approve IQCP tasks. Once the task owner has been changed, the new task owner assignee receives email notification .

  1. From the Define IQCP or Approve IQCP window, click the Change Task Owner link to assign the ICQP to another user.
    Result: The Change Task Owner window is displayed.
  2. Zoom to select the new step owner. For more information on configuration, see New Step Owners.
  3. Enter a comment about the change of task owner.
  4. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  5. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Result window is displayed. The Result window is a window that displays after changing the task owner and asks the user where they would like to go next, such as to the IQCP Detail, to the Define IQCP task, the Approve IQCP task, or back to the Portal Page.
